Pelvic Fractures

Pelvis fracture is the breakage in the sturdy ring of bones located at the base of the spine. Pelvis fracture is most commonly accompanied with extensive bleeding due to its proximity to major blood vessels. It generally requires emergency treatment.

Causes

  • Traumatic, high-energy event, such as a car or motorcycle collision.

Symptoms
